Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 1wim website at https://1wim.io (the "Platform"), creating an account, or placing any wager or bet through any service offered on the Platform, you ("the User", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

To open an account with 1wim, you must:

• Be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of 1wim or any associated entity;
• Not have previously had an account suspended or terminated by 1wim for breach of these Terms.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under another person's identity, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, 1wim may suspend all associated accounts, void all outstanding bets or bonuses, and forfeit all balances pending investigation.

2.4 Identity Verification

1wim is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and identity theft. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time at our discretion: a government-issued national identity card, a valid passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address, or documentation confirming ownership of the payment method you are using. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 3.3 Account Closure by User

Account closure does not affect any pre-existing rights or obligations that have arisen under these Terms.

3.4 Account Suspension or Termination by 1wim

1wim reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — circumstances where: you have breached any provision of these Terms; we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; your account is involved in or connected to money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal conduct; or you have provided false registration information. In such cases, 1wim may withhold funds pending investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

1wim processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladesh bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set per payment method and may be subject to individual account-level limits based on your verification status. 4.3 Deposit Processing

4.5 Funds Must Be Your Own

You confirm that all funds deposited into your 1wim account are from a legitimate source and are entirely your own. You must not deposit funds that are derived from criminal activity or that you do not have the legal right to use. Any suspicion of money laundering or financing of illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the 1wim sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question. A bet is not confirmed until you have received a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. 1wim reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets placed on events affected by technical errors, obvious pricing errors, or circumstances that render the bet invalid under applicable sports rules.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all betting markets and vary by sport, event, and market type. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. 1wim reserves the right to reduce the maximum stake available to any individual player without prior notice.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other incentives offered by 1wim are subject to their own specific terms, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between an offer's specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail for matters relating to that offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible markets, minimum odds, and expiry period are stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to complete the required wagering within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

1wim strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or with other operators in a manner designed to guarantee a profit irrespective of outcome (commonly known as "arbing"); or wagering on excluded markets to complete a wagering requirement. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1wim Platform. Any user found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Providing false or misleading registration information;

• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation;
